Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-level Customer Service Chat Associates to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will support customers through online chat, answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure every person leaves with a positive experience. No prior experience is needed – full training is provided.
What you will do:
• Greet customers warmly over chat and offer help with products and services.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns to keep customers happy.
• Recommend items that fit what the customer needs.
• Keep accurate records of chats and follow up where needed.
• Work with teammates to share good service habits and keep things running smoothly.
• Complete training and simple tasks assigned by your manager.
Skills/background needed:
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort using a computer and learning new tools.
• A friendly, helpful attitude – no degree or prior experience required.
Contract length: Full-time or part-time, with the potential to move into a longer-term role.
