Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-level people to join our remote customer support team as chat assistants. You will help customers with questions and everyday requests through online chat, with full training provided.
What you will do:
• Greet customers warmly and answer their questions in a polite, helpful way.
• Respond promptly to customer messages and pass anything complex to a team lead.
• Keep your work area tidy and follow simple company standards.
• Handle basic details carefully and keep customer information private.
• Work with your team to keep every customer experience positive.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience or degree required. Full training is provided. You only need to communicate clearly and kindly, follow simple instructions, and handle basic numbers. A friendly attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
Contract length: Flexible, with part-time and full-time options available.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
