We are looking for a friendly, beginner-level Customer Service Associate to join our fully remote team. No prior experience is needed — we provide full training and a supportive team to help you get started. This is a work-from-home role open to anyone who enjoys helping people and wants to build new skills.
What you’ll do:
• Greet and engage with customers online, making sure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Answer product and service questions and help with basic order and payment tasks using our simple online tools.
• Keep online product information and menus clear, accurate, and up to date.
• Support basic account and verification steps while following clear procedures.
• Help keep our online spaces organized and safe for every customer.
Skills/background needed:
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort using a computer and basic online tools.
• Ability to stay organized while handling more than one task.
• No degree or prior experience required — full training provided.
• Enjoy working as part of a friendly team.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or from anywhere, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.
