We’re looking for a friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team and help create a great experience for every customer. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary.
Roles:
• Answer customer questions and offer helpful recommendations
• Support sales transactions and handle basic payment processing
• Keep track of cash and help protect company assets
• Help keep inventory organized and merchandise well-stocked
• Assist with receiving and restocking merchandise
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment through friendly interactions
• Help keep all work areas clean and presentable
• Other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but beginners are welcome
• Ability to follow instructions and read basic operational documents
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
