We are looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles:
Welcome customers and help them find the right products. Assist with order processing and keep the virtual workspace organized. Support customers through chat and messaging, answering questions and resolving issues. Cross-train across areas as needed to meet customer needs.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required. A friendly, helpful attitude and basic comfort with computers. Full training and ongoing support are provided so you can grow with the team.
