We’re looking for a friendly Customer Service Associate to join our team and help customers have a great experience. This is an entry-level, fully remote role, and no prior experience is required — full training is provided.
Roles:
• Answer customer questions and offer helpful recommendations
• Support sales transactions and handle customer requests
• Keep interactions professional, friendly, and respectful
• Stay organized and keep your workspace neat and presentable
• Help with problem-solving and follow instructions on operational documents
• Other duties as assigned
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part time, with flexible remote hours
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to follow instructions
