Role: Customer Service and Order Support Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organised person to join our small fashion team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role and no prior experience is required – full training is provided. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things tidy, this could be a great fit.
What you will do:
• Support customers with questions and concerns
• Help process and track orders
• Keep accurate inventory records
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Reply to customer messages on social media
• Keep digital records organised and up to date
Skills/background needed:
• Good communication and a helpful attitude
• Careful attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stay organised and manage your time
• Comfort working independently
• An interest in fashion is a nice bonus, but not required
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere, with flexible hours and the ability to choose part time or full time.
