Roles: Meet with clients over Zoom to help them enroll in benefit programs, explain their options in clear and simple terms, and help them complete online enrollment forms accurately. Schedule and manage virtual appointments and use basic computer skills such as email and online systems every day.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing
Skills/background needed: No prior industry experience required, just a coachable attitude and integrity. A desire to help others, good written and verbal communication skills, and strong organization with a customer-focused mindset. Follow a proven process with training and support along the way.
