Roles: Customer Sales Associate
We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Customer Sales Associates. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience required. If you enjoy helping people and want to build a career in customer support and sales, this could be a great fit.
What you will do:
Support customers by finding the best way to resolve their questions and problems. Help customers grow their orders by suggesting related products. Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately, and follow through on fulfillment. Respond to inquiries and complaints with clear solutions. Keep up to date on products and promotions so you can offer a great customer experience. Use a team chat app and CRM system to track your work. Assist with inventory management as needed.
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary – full training is provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are what matter most. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word are a plus.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, with opportunities for growth.
