Basic computer skills such as typing and data entry, a friendly and engaging personality, and strong verbal communication skills. A genuine interest in helping people is what matters most. You should be 18 or older and ready to begin with full training provided.

Work with loyal customers to handle their requests, offer helpful products and services that improve their experience, and provide attentive, professional support. You will use a team chat app and basic office tools to keep track of each request.
