Role: Customer Care and Sales Advisor
We are looking for a friendly, beginner-friendly Customer Care and Sales Advisor to join our remote team. This work-from-home role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and is eager to learn. No prior experience is needed, and full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to customer inquiries by chat, phone, or ticketing and provide clear, caring support.
• Listen to customer needs and offer helpful solutions.
• Share billing and pricing information.
• Help with service changes, scheduling, and product returns or exchanges.
• Guide customers toward the products and services that fit their needs.
• Follow approved scripts and keep accurate records of each interaction.
