About the Role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Curriculum Writer & Data Analyst to support our educational team. In this collaborative role, you’ll work with teacher teams to develop curriculum materials, analyze student performance data, and help identify areas where learning support is needed most. This is a part-time position that complements regular classroom responsibilities, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in curriculum design and educational data analysis.
What You’ll Do:
• Support teacher teams in developing and aligning curriculum materials to current learning standards
• Help analyze student achievement data to identify learning trends and instructional gaps
• Work with school leadership to connect curriculum updates with school improvement plans
• Help facilitate learning sessions for teacher teams focused on curriculum strategies and data interpretation
• Monitor progress for student groups needing additional support and assist in adjusting teaching approaches based on data
• Keep organized records of curriculum work, data findings, and team action plans
• Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on discussions
• Serve as a connecting point between teacher teams, school leadership, and curriculum coordinators
Skills/Background Needed:
• Valid teaching certification (or equivalent) in elementary education
• At least three years of elementary classroom teaching experience
• Experience writing or aligning curriculum to educational standards
• Understanding of how student achievement data is used to improve teaching
• Strong ability to facilitate group discussions and collaborate with colleagues
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills
