We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Courtesy Shuttle Driver. In this work-from-home support role, you will help customers with transportation questions and shuttle coordination while delivering a warm, welcoming experience. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and answer transportation questions in a friendly manner. Help coordinate shuttle service and communicate stops and safety information. Complete basic paperwork and report any concerns to your supervisor. Keep accurate records and share customer feedback to help the team improve.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks. Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines. Must be 21 or older and able to communicate clearly in English.
