We are looking for a Content Writer to create and maintain help-centre articles. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided.
What you will do
• Write and edit guides, emails and web pages.
• Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing.
• Follow a style guide and suggest improvements.
• Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
• Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
What we are looking for
• A portfolio of clear, practical writing.
• Curiosity about how things work.
• Strong editing habits.
Nice to have
• Basic search engine optimisation knowledge.
Working arrangement
• Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days.
• Work from home, fully remote.
