We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll write, edit, and manage web content while ensuring it meets quality and accessibility standards. You’ll work with content management systems to publish and maintain website and intranet materials, optimize text for search and readability, and help keep digital content accurate and up to date.
What you’ll do:
• Write, edit, proofread, and quality-check web content, documentation, and outreach materials
• Use content management systems to upload, maintain, update, and publish content
• Optimize text for search, readability, and user experience
• Ensure content meets accessibility compliance standards
• Prepare and resize web images, including writing descriptive alternative text
• Identify and fix broken links, formatting issues, and outdated content
• Develop training materials, guides, and job aids to help teams understand content processes
• Provide feedback on website organization and navigation to improve user experience
• Coordinate content review and certification processes to keep information current
What we’re looking for:

Nice to have:
Experience with content management platforms, database content administration, or web governance is a bonus – but not required. We provide full training in all tools and systems you’ll use.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop real publishing and content management skills. You’ll work on-site and receive comprehensive training to help you succeed from day one. Travel may occasionally be required for training events or team meetings.
