We’re looking for a Content Writer to develop clear, user-focused content for digital products. You’ll work fully remote, creating content that helps users navigate and understand our applications smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Write user-friendly content for web and mobile apps, including onboarding guides, tooltips, error messages, and in-app notifications. Collaborate with designers and developers to create content for design systems. Test and optimize existing content using user feedback and data to improve clarity and engagement. Work with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective messaging.
Skills/background needed:
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and design principles. Experience using Google Docs or Microsoft Word. Ability to work collaboratively with design and development teams. A portfolio of writing samples is helpful but not required—we provide full training.
