About the role
We’re looking for an Entry Level Content Writer to join our growing documentation team. You’ll work with subject matter experts and project managers to create clear, accurate technical documentation that helps users understand products and services.
In this role, you’ll:
• Create and update technical documentation including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with experts, managers, and team members to ensure documentation meets quality standards
• Manage projects from planning through publication, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Review and provide constructive feedback on colleagues’ work
• Work with content management systems to organize and publish documentation
• Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly
• Learn new tools, practices, and industry standards as part of your professional development
• Support the growth of the team by sharing knowledge with colleagues
What we’re looking for
Essential:
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience working in team environments and managing multiple projects
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing client needs
• Comfortable gathering information from experts and technical sources
• Basic familiarity with HTML or similar markup languages is a plus, but we’ll train you on what you need to know
Preferred:
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, technology, software, or publishing industries
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with version control systems or project tracking tools
• Knowledge of markdown or other documentation formats
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, technical writing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). No prior technical writing experience required – we provide full training. You’ll have a keen interest in learning how products work and communicating that knowledge clearly to others.
