We’re looking for Writers to help develop and write original episodic content across a wide range of genres and formats.
Writers in this role work closely with creative team members to develop episodes, shape story worlds, refine characters, and generate new ideas for ongoing productions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong storytelling instincts with speed, adaptability, and curiosity about emerging creative workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with other writers and use modern tools to help streamline development, outlining, brainstorming, and production planning.
We’re looking for ambitious creatives who enjoy generating concepts, pitching ideas, and building stories in a fast-moving production environment. Full training and support will be provided—no prior professional experience is required.
Responsibilities
• Develop and write episodic content across multiple genres and formats
• Collaborate with senior creatives on story development, outlines, revisions, and scripts
• Generate and pitch new series ideas, characters, concepts, and episode storylines
• Use modern writing and creative tools to accelerate brainstorming, outlining, research, and development workflows
• Write and revise scripts on fast production timelines
• Collaborate with other writers and creative team members
• Help maintain consistency in character voice, tone, worldbuilding, and story continuity
• Contribute to the ongoing creative development of original series
Skills/background needed
Experience writing episodic, serialized, short-form, or entertainment-driven content is helpful but not required. You should be comfortable working quickly without sacrificing clarity, structure, or creativity. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is important.
Familiarity with modern writing tools is a plus. A strong understanding of pacing, dialogue, character development, and visual storytelling will help you succeed. Passion for film, television, animation, and emerging storytelling formats is valued. A self-starter mindset with a strong instinct for generating and pitching original ideas is essential.
