We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer and Instructor to join our fully remote team. You’ll develop training materials, deliver online instruction, and support curriculum updates in a supportive environment with full training provided.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content• Deliver online and virtual instruction to learners• Create and review performance-based tests and assessments• Maintain accurate student records and attendance documentation• Gather and incorporate feedback to improve course materials• Support curriculum revision and identify updates based on current standards• Assist with lab setup and classroom operations support
Skills/background needed:
• Passion for teaching and creating clear learning materials• Comfortable with virtual training platforms and basic classroom software• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail• Experience with knowledge management systems or learning platforms is helpful but not required• Valid passport for potential travel support (optional)
