We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer and CMS Specialist to create and manage content across digital channels. You’ll write engaging copy, publish content using content management systems, and collaborate with teams to ensure messages reach the right audience. No prior experience required—we provide full training.
What you’ll do:
Write, edit, and publish engaging copy for websites and digital channels. Upload and format content using CMS platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines. Collaborate with designers and team members to create cohesive digital experiences. Update and optimize existing content for relevance and search visibility. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements. Troubleshoot basic formatting and layout issues. Conduct quality checks to ensure content displays correctly on all devices.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of search optimization and web content best practices. Familiarity with content management systems (or willingness to learn). Good organizational skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. English fluency required; Spanish language skills a plus. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge helpful but not required.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
