Position Summary
We’re looking for an Entry Level Content Editor to research, write, and edit materials that make a real impact. You’ll develop new content, update existing resources, and become a trusted expert in your subject areas while working alongside an experienced team.

What You’ll Do
• Research, write, review and edit content for guides, manuals, handbooks, newsletters and online platforms
• Provide expert knowledge and support to customers via phone and email
• Suggest improvements to existing content and identify opportunities for new materials
• Stay current with trends and developments in your assigned subject areas
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines
Skills/background needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research, analyze and interpret information from various sources
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, simple language
• Experience with project planning and deadline management
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience

This role involves working primarily from a home or office environment with extended periods at a computer. Occasional travel to partner locations and industry events may be required depending on the role (typically 5-25% of the time).
