We’re looking for a creative storyteller to develop and produce engaging multimedia content across video, social media, podcasts, web, and digital channels. You’ll identify compelling stories, interview people, and create content that resonates with different audiences—all while working fully remote.
This role offers meaningful ownership of our multimedia presence, including opportunities to develop recurring content series, build social media channels, and take stories from initial idea through publication. You’ll work independently and collaboratively with team members, bringing your editorial judgment and creative instincts to every project.
What you’ll do:
Identify and develop stories for internal and external audiences; create multimedia content for digital platforms; conduct interviews and build relationships across the organisation; manage projects from concept through publication; build and maintain social media and video channel presence; analyse audience engagement data to inform content strategy; and collaborate with communications colleagues and external partners.
Skills and background needed:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication, interviewing, and storytelling skills. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment. Experience in multimedia production, video, digital content creation, communications, or related field is valued but not required—we provide full training.
Preferred experience: Professional multimedia storytelling or journalism background; experience with video editing software; content creation for YouTube, podcasts, or social platforms; and ability to communicate technical or research subjects to general audiences.
Contract length: Full time, permanent
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
