We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic writer and content creator to join our team. You’ll manage our social media presence, create engaging digital content, and share impactful stories that connect with our community.
This is a full-time, fully remote role where you’ll work Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed. No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:
Create and edit photos, videos, graphics, and written content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with organizational priorities. Write engaging social media posts, email content, and promotional materials. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally. Track performance metrics and prepare reports on digital engagement trends. Support fundraising campaigns through strategic storytelling and community outreach content.
Skills/background needed:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience or enthusiasm for content creation across social media platforms. Proficiency with Canva or similar design software, and Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Comfort with photography, videography, or basic graphic design. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative attitude. A passion for storytelling and community engagement.
Contract length: Permanent full-time
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
