We are looking for a Client Services Manager to lead a small team supporting individuals and families in a fully remote, work-from-home role. This is an entry-level friendly position with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Lead and support a team of service coordinators, help with hiring and assigning work, coach team members, build partnerships with community resources, resolve conflicts, and keep documentation accurate and confidential.
