Roles: Chat Support Representative

We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our fully remote chat support team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. If you enjoy helping others and can write clearly, we would love to hear from you.
You will respond to customer questions through online chat, keep simple records of requests, and follow up until each person is helped. You will work closely with a supportive team and follow provided guidelines to keep responses timely and accurate.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required; full training provided. Clear written communication and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Willingness to learn and a helpful, patient attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
