We are looking for a beginner-friendly Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers by answering questions through online chat, taking and processing orders, and keeping simple records of each conversation. Full training is provided, so you can learn everything on the job.
Day to day, you will respond to customer messages, enter order details into a computer, handle basic calculations and change amounts, and keep your workspace tidy. You will also follow written instructions and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
