Roles: Call Center Representative

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our remote customer support team as Call Center Representatives. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, listen to customers, and help resolve their questions with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Identify why a customer is calling, gather relevant details, and offer helpful solutions
• Follow prepared scripts for common customer service topics
• Build friendly relationships with customers
• Document all customer interactions
• Join trainings to keep your skills up to date
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good phone and verbal communication skills
• Active listening and a calm, patient manner
• Comfort using a computer and learning new software
• Organized and able to manage your time well
