Are you fluent in Vietnamese and English? We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our remote customer support team. No prior experience is necessary – full training is provided.
Roles: Help customers with their questions and needs through chat and online support. Deliver a positive, helpful experience that builds customer loyalty. Work toward sales and satisfaction goals as part of a supportive team. Stay organised and handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time or part time, flexible schedule.
Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in Vietnamese and English. Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel). Self-motivated and a fast learner. No previous experience required – we provide full training and ongoing support.
