Roles: Client Specialist
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Client Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided — no prior experience necessary. If you enjoy helping people and building relationships, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do:
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members in writing and by phone.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Respond to questions and find the best fit for each person you help.
• Stay organized and learn new information as it comes up.
• Work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Skills/background needed:
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Comfortable making and answering calls professionally.
• Basic computer skills, including email and common office programs.
• A helpful, goal-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• Full training is provided, so no degree or previous experience is required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
