Roles: Bilingual Chat Support Representative

Contract length: Full time, 40 hours per week
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training to help you succeed. You should be comfortable using a computer and typing, able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and happy to help customers through online chat. A friendly, patient attitude and a willingness to learn are all you need to get started.
In this fully remote role, you will work from home helping customers through online chat. You will answer questions, resolve problems, and make sure each person leaves the conversation feeling supported. Everything is done online, so you can work from anywhere.
Full training is provided, with ongoing support from a friendly team. This is a great chance to build customer service skills and grow with a supportive remote team.
