Are you ready to start a career in bid writing? This is a beginner-friendly remote role where full training is provided. You will help prepare clear, persuasive written responses to client requirements, working with colleagues to turn their input into strong, well-structured answers.
What you will do:
• Write clear, persuasive responses that address client requirements
• Work with subject matter experts and turn their input into readable answers
• Help shape response themes and structures
• Check that every response is accurate, relevant and complete
• Keep content and reusable material organised
• Use approved writing tools to produce structured first drafts and review them carefully
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience is required, and full training is provided. We are looking for good written communication, attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to manage several deadlines at once. A curious, collaborative and problem-solving approach is helpful. Any exposure to writing proposals, working with technical teams or using writing tools is a bonus, but not essential.
This role is fully remote, so you can work from home or from anywhere. Interviews take place online, and adjustments are available on request.
