We are looking for a friendly, organised person to join our remote team as an Automotive Service Writer. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will work from home and help customers with their vehicle service needs.
Roles: Act as the link between customers and technicians, make sure each customer understands the service and repairs needed, prepare simple estimates for parts and labour, write up repair orders and enter them into our system, share extra repair needs found during inspections, keep customer records up to date, and keep customers informed about timing and costs.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, remote.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required, full training provided. A basic interest in or understanding of vehicles is helpful. You should be a team player focused on great customer service, comfortable using a computer, and able to work from home. A valid driver’s licence and an acceptable driving record are required.
