Do you enjoy working with vehicles and helping customers? A growing number of auto shops need Service Writers, and this remote role is open to beginners. If you are starting out, changing careers, or moving from the shop floor to a desk role, full training is provided.
Roles: Write up customer service orders, greet and assist customers, keep repair records organized, and coordinate with technicians. All work is done from home.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, with room to grow.
Skills/background needed: No degree required and no prior experience necessary. A genuine interest in vehicles and good customer service skills help. A driver’s license is a plus. Training is provided for the rest.
