We’re looking for a detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team and help deliver excellent customer service in the automotive industry. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone starting their career or transitioning into automotive support.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage service orders, communicate with customers about their vehicle needs, and coordinate work between technicians. Your responsibilities will include answering questions about vehicle services and repairs, helping diagnose problems, ordering parts when needed, and ensuring customers have a positive experience from start to finish. You’ll also handle administrative tasks like warranty claims and maintain organized records.
Skills/background needed
You should be organized, friendly, and comfortable communicating clearly with customers. Strong time management, teamwork, and a professional approach are important. A valid driver’s license is required. No prior automotive experience is necessary—we provide full training on the job.
