Role: Service Writer
We are looking for a friendly, organised person to join our remote team as a Service Writer. In this work-from-home role, you will be the main point of contact for customers who need help with their vehicles. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
• Document customer requests and service details
• Explain services and answer basic questions
• Keep accurate records and follow up with customers
Skills/background needed:
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
