Role: Associate Publisher
Contract length: Permanent, full-time

Join a global scientific publishing team as an Associate Publisher. You’ll develop and manage relationships with editors, editorial boards, and researchers, helping them communicate their discoveries to the world. This role offers excellent training and support to grow your publishing career from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with editors and board members. Organize editorial meetings and support the recruitment of high-quality board members. Respond promptly to queries via email and phone. Work with editors to develop journal portfolios and identify growth opportunities. Monitor peer review data and manuscript flow. Keep journal records accurate and up to date, including contract renewals. Represent the organization at scientific conferences when required.
Skills/background needed:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Interest in publishing and scientific research. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Problem-solving ability. High computer literacy. Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels. Prior publishing experience is helpful but not required—full training will be provided.
Work format: Fully remote. You’ll work from home and collaborate with a global team via email, phone, and video calls.
