We’re looking for a creative, entry-level editor to join a fast-growing media company focused on behavioral science and mental health content. You’ll work fully remote and collaborate with a team of editors, writers, and subject-matter experts to produce engaging content across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Your day-to-day will include editing and fact-checking content for accuracy and clarity, managing contributor communications and onboarding, supporting content planning and budget tracking, writing captions and hooks for social media, editing website copy, and producing short-form video content optimized for different platforms. You’ll also identify promising story ideas and shape them for social audiences.
Skills / Background Needed:
Strong writing and editing fundamentals are essential. You should be comfortable with social media platforms, visual storytelling, and basic graphic and video production. Experience with translational science writing or psychology is a plus, but we welcome fast learners with strong editorial instincts. Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, and basic video editing is helpful. Full training will be provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
