Roles: Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to create clear, easy-to-understand user documentation. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is required.
You will work alongside engineers, product teams, and other subject matter experts to learn how products work, map user workflows, and turn that knowledge into helpful guides. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are part of the role.
What you’ll do:
• Write, review, and edit user-focused documentation such as manuals, procedures, checklists, templates, user guides, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to keep documentation accurate, on time, and in the right format.
• Track tasks and flag risks early, sharing clear updates with the team.
• Help keep product documentation efforts on schedule from start to finish.
Skills/background needed:
• A willingness to learn technical writing and documentation basics.
• Comfort reading basic engineering information and asking questions.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Full training is provided, so a beginner mindset is welcome.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with potential to move into a longer-term role.
