Roles: We are looking for a junior writer to create and maintain clear user documentation for complex products. This is an entry-level, fully remote role with full training provided. No prior experience is necessary.
What you will do:
Write and edit user-focused guides, manuals, checklists, and troubleshooting documents. Work with product and operations teams to understand how things work and turn that into simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Keep documents accurate and up to date, and help build a strong documentation culture by contributing to shared processes.
Skills/background needed:
A clear, friendly writing style and a willingness to learn. Comfort using everyday tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. You should enjoy explaining technical topics in simple language. Full training is provided, so a strong beginner with good communication skills is welcome.
Contract length: Ongoing, with opportunities for growth.
