We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Documentation Specialist to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Create user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and help content. Work with product and development teams to gather information and check accuracy. Turn complex technical ideas into clear, easy-to-read language. Update existing documentation as software changes. Collect user feedback to improve our guides.
Skills/background needed: A genuine curiosity about technology and a talent for simplifying complex ideas. Strong written communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio of writing samples is a plus. Training is provided, so a willingness to learn matters more than experience.
