Roles: Entry Level Ticket Writer
We are looking for beginner-friendly ticket writers to join our team. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided, and all work is done from home.
What you will do:
Write and process customer tickets accurately and on time. Review details carefully and confirm everything is correct. Help customers politely and answer basic questions. Keep simple records of your work using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Follow the onboarding process and team guidelines.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required — training provided. Basic reading, writing, and typing skills. Comfortable using a computer and a team chat app. Friendly, careful, and reliable. Willing to learn and follow instructions.
Work format:
Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere with an internet connection. Flexible schedule with opportunities for growth.
