Roles: Vehicle Inspector and Condition Report Writer

Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training is provided. You need strong written communication and grammar, good organization and time management, the ability to read inspection data and photographs carefully, and comfort using reporting software and digital platforms. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to inspect vehicles and write clear, accurate condition reports. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training, and you will work independently and as part of a supportive team.
What you will do:
Complete cosmetic and mechanical condition reports, document and photograph vehicle details and damage, coordinate repairs, stage vehicles for sales, and remove personal information from vehicles. You will also communicate with customers and team members, keep accurate records, maintain your tools and work area, and follow safety and confidentiality guidelines.
You should work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while keeping quality and accuracy high. You must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and pass a pre-employment screening.
