We are looking for a beginner-friendly Content Author to join our documentation team. In this remote role, you will help plan, write, and deliver clear instructional content for customers. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Create new written content using a content management system. Support projects that build on existing documentation. Work with designers to produce simple graphics-based content.
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary – we provide full training. Comfort with writing and editing in tools such as Google Docs or Microsoft Word is helpful. A willingness to learn and a collaborative attitude matter most.
Work format:
Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere with an internet connection. Flexible, supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.
