Roles: We are looking for a beginner-friendly Scenario Writer to create realistic training storylines and scripted events for practice exercises. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
What you will work on:
• Write clear storylines and scripted events that match training goals.
• Coordinate your writing with the wider scenario design team.
• Adjust scripts during live exercises as needed.
• Help prepare planning documents and briefing materials.
• Work with team leaders to keep all writing consistent and on schedule.
Skills/background needed:
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance.
• No experience required; full training is provided.
