We are looking for beginner-friendly readers to help review book proposals across fiction and non-fiction. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Roles: Read and assess submitted book proposals, note whether each idea fits the programme, and share brief written feedback with the team.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Flexible, with the potential to move into a longer-term role.
Skills/background needed: No experience required. A genuine interest in reading across a range of subjects, basic written communication, and the ability to follow simple guidelines. All training provided.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere, with a supportive team environment.
