Skills/background needed: A willingness to learn, good written communication, and attention to detail. You will be trained to interview people, gather information, and produce manuals, guides, and training materials. What you will do:
Write and update clear technical documents and training guides. Edit and proofread content for accuracy and readability. Work with team members to collect information and keep materials consistent. Review existing documents and suggest simple improvements. Help maintain templates so everything stays organised.
