Skills/background needed: No prior experience required, full training provided. A willingness to learn, good organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and comfort using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are helpful. You should be able to manage several requests and priorities at once.
What you will do:
Prepare shipping documents and keep records accurate and up to date. Coordinate with internal teams and outside partners to help shipments clear on time. Research and document product classifications, and follow trade rules and changing requirements. Answer questions from colleagues about shipping requirements. Support a safe, organized working environment and complete required training.
