We are looking for beginner-friendly people to join our remote team as Automotive Service Writer Assistants. This role supports customers who need help with their vehicle service needs. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
You will work from home and help customers by greeting them, understanding their vehicle concerns, and writing up service requests. You will also answer basic questions, keep records up to date, and help the team stay organised. Good communication and a friendly attitude matter more than experience.
Skills/background needed: Willingness to learn, basic computer comfort, clear communication, and a helpful attitude. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
This is a fully remote role with flexible part-time hours. You can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. There is potential for growth and ongoing support from a friendly team.
