Roles: Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our team as an entry-level Inside Sales Representative. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
What You’ll Do:
Speak with customers by phone and help them find the products and services they need. Listen carefully to understand their questions and create a positive experience. Enter and track daily sales and invoice details accurately. Communicate with customers about billing and other service questions. Look for ways to improve the customer experience. Take part in ongoing training and professional growth.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required – full training is provided. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are all you need to get started.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
