What you will do:
Draft and update customer email content and templates using simple writing and editing guidelines. Keep message wording clear, concise, and accurate. Work with team members to gather messaging details and confirm content is correct. Support basic testing of emails across browsers and devices before release. Help maintain existing content when updates are requested. Learn new communication methods such as text messages and social media as they are added.
You will work fully remote from home, with training and backup support from the wider content team. This is a beginner-friendly role for someone who enjoys careful writing, following clear rules, and improving customer messages.
